Found this inexpensive idea in Food & Wine
magazine - using a slate tile as a cheese
board. I found one at Home Depot for $1.69.
You can write on it with chalk to label
the different cheeses or just use like you
would any other tray. Love it!
Need to go buy some cheese - ciao!
