Smoothie

 We have been on a bit of a
smoothie kick around here. Super easy
to make - just yogurt, frozen fruits,
honey, a bit of orange juice,
then whirl it up.
I pour them into my Kerr jars, then cap 
and pop in the freezer.  Taylor and Chloe
love them - easy, good for you
breakfast,
(which they never make time for)
They can be enjoyed frozen, or wait a
bit for them to thaw.

Fruit Smoothie
(portions are approx.)
1/2 lrg. container of Vanilla yogurt
(I like Mountain High, low fat Vanilla)
3 cups frozen berries,
blueberries, raspberries, mango, or
whatever you like...
1 banana (optional)
1/2 cup orange or any fruit juice
2 Tbls. or so of honey, depending on
how sweet you like.
Blend together.
Drink right away or freeze.
