Orzo Salad

Orzo Salad with Dill & Lemon
1 cup uncooked orzo
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 chopped fresh dill
1 (15oz) can garbanzo beans, drained
3 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbl. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbl. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Cook Orzo, drain & rinse with cold water.
Combine pasta, onions, feta, dill & beans
in a large bowl, tossing gently to combine.
Combine lemon juice, oil and remaining ingred.
in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Drizzle over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
