Arcadia Farms catering

 Photos of an awesome catering
I worked last week.
125 people, all tented
and set up on downtown main street.
 Burlap table clothes and
sawdust on the ground
Menu:
Butternut squash,
 served in acorn squash bowls.
Arugula salad with roasted beets,
goat cheese.
Mushroom polenta.
Braised short ribs with red wine
reduction.
Roasted heirloom root vegetables.
