Made this deliciousPink Grapefruit
salad the other night.
Arugula, shaved fennel,
pink grapefruit, sliced avocado,
salt & pepper
Drizzled with a light vinaigrette
4 T. olive oil
2 T. white wine vinegar
1 t. Dijon mustard
salt & pepper
Yum!
(will definetly make again)
